Become More of You in 2012

All of us have standards and ideals to which we hold ourselves and against which we compare ourselves and others. Constant internal assessment keeps us on the ‘straight and narrow’. It is possible to spend our lives adhering to the limitations and warnings of this inner criticism. The price, however, is steep. It is the loss of joy, spontaneity, and our fullness of being. It can cost us relationships and suppress our creativity.

This 6-session series is an opportunity to examine, embrace, and expand beyond your internal self-criticism to a place of greater joy and fullness of being: to become more of the True-You in 2012. We will do this through reading, writing, and discussing.

Dates and Time:

The series is Six (6) sessions, 1 – hour each. New Dates and times will be posted soon.

Alternate Dates and Times:

If you are interested in the sessions but are unable to participate at the scheduled dates/time, let me know. If there is sufficient interest I will schedule another series on a different day or time.
